1. How long have you been at TFG?
On 10/1 I’ve been here seven years.
2. What is the best part of your job.
Easy answer. People, People, People. We here at TFG are truly blessed to have such a great group of people. We all seem to get along well and all interact with each other well. And let’s not overlook the tremendous amount of knowledge, experience, brain-power and creativity this company holds. We as a group are just as good, if not better than any of our peers.
3. What are three words you would use to describe The Fedeli Group?
I don’t think I can condense this answer into just three words and that’s because things within any given day, week or month constantly change. And that’s a good thing. We are always challenged, not just by our clients, but by our vendors and ourselves. So with that said, I’m thinking the first word is “Challenged”. Next in my mind is (I know this will sound trivial) Team. None of us are the “Lone Ranger” on anything we do. It is easy and welcomed to be able to reach out to any associate and engage them in any given task or event. The last (definitely not the last but the last one I’m going mention) is Enjoyable. Someone once said, “Find something you like to do and you’ll never work again”. What I enjoy are the challenges and solving them and on the same level with the same priority, is working closely with our clients, peers and vendors to build relationships, even friendships. Insurance/risk brokering/consulting can at times be work, but because it involves people is what makes it “Enjoyable”.
4. Pick one- What is your favorite place to vacation or what is your favorite car and why?
Easy. Two places: Disney & Alaska (Just got back from a cruise. Amazing). Favorite car, again easy: 1965 GTO. I have one!!
Thank you for sharing your story with us, Dan! We are incredibly lucky to have someone like you a part of our Property and Casualty team.
